Below you can read 10 questions that Ray very kindly answered for me today.

1) How did you get into acting?
Once I decided acting was what I wanted to do, I applied and was accepted into a drama school. That was 21 years ago.

2) Who would you love to meet and have a chat with .. Dead or Alive and why?
There's a number of people I would love to have met. But the most fascinating would be Mohammed Ali.

3) What football team do you support?
Arsenal

4) What do you like to do in your spare time?
I seem to always be training for marathons or Triathlons. But I enjoy the cinema and theatre.

5) What type of music do you like, and what was the last album you bought?
I like all sorts of music from rock and roll to classical. Adele was the last album I bought.

6) Who have been the biggest influences in your life and career?
Biggest influence in my life have been my parents. Spencer Tracy in my career. Made it all look so easy.

7) What was your best moment filming Dream Team?
I had so many great moments working on Dream Team. When Harry Redknapp came on set for one episode was hilarious. A funny man.

8) Who were your best friends on Dream Team?
My daughter and son in law Ang and Jim. James Daffern who played Matt Webster and Dhafer L'Aberdine who played Marcel.

9) What have you been in since Dream Team ended?
Fortunately I have worked fairly consistently since Dream Team. Too many to list.

10) Do you have any new filming projects coming up you can tell us about?
I have 3 episodes of Above Suspicion coming out in the Autumn and at the moment I'm working on Land Girls for the BBC.
